New Dawn Counseling

My name is Mary Hawk, and I am here to explore your world with you. Your thoughts, questions, fears, opinions, sorrows, celebrations, feelings, and stories are important to me. I offer care and guidance in a non-judgmental setting to help you move through what is troubling you. Using a variety of approaches, including play, art, and sand therapy, I offer honest, kind, insightful, and meaningful feedback to help you understand and heal past wounds as well as guidance to help you move through and forward with confidence, self-awareness, and a deeper understanding of who you are in the context of your relationships. I graduated from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology with a Masters of Counseling Psychology in 2002. I am licensed in the state of WA, and I have been in private practice since 2003. Traveling, painting, and gardening are passions of mine, each inviting something new and alive on the other side. I offer in-person and telehealth appointments, along with a free 20-minute phone consultation. Feel free to contact me with any questions you have.
